Apparently in my play through Cicero wasn't going to take not being able to go into Soul Cairn as a possibility. Didn't go more than a few steps into Soul Cairn without "that's not a horker, that's my wife!", which of course forced me to stop on the spot and turn around to see him just standing casually behind Serana. Looked up if it was a glitch and ended up here. Humble Cicero must have clung to the great and powerful listener as they descended using her soul gem to pay for them both like one would do as a clingy date who wants to skip out of the bill. "OH YES LISTENER! THE LISTENER AND CICERO ARE BEST FRIENDS FOREVER AND THERE SHALL NEVER BE A SILENT MOMENT WITHOUT THE JESTER!"
