What mods do you use to make your character look like that? I started Oblivion after Skyrim, so I still have no idea what mods to use . . . and I'm really tired of my characters looking like shit.

I use Moonshadow Elf race with HGEC body. Xenius races might look better. And the hair is something called coolsims, I don't remember well, I have 20 gigs of mods D:
I don't know if there's still a problem with custom races but I use this fix [link]

also might want to check out Unique Landscapes if you haven't already, adds variety.
